About the Role

At ARC, we are building the AI-native Finance OS, a platform that connects all company systems, answers questions in seconds, finds errors, and automates reporting. Our go-to-market strategy must also be AI-native, and you will build our internal GTM OS from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build automated prospecting pipelines to source target companies at scale.
• Enrich accounts and contacts with relevant signals like legal entities, ERP landscape, and ownership.
• Automate outreach workflows across multiple channels while maintaining personalization.
• Connect and orchestrate the GTM stack, ensuring clean data flow.
• Utilize AI models for research, list building, message drafting, and call analysis.
• Build dashboards and KPI tracking for outbound performance monitoring.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on experiments to shape the GTM engine.

Requirements

• Love building things with no-code tools, scripts, APIs, or AI agents.
• Deep understanding of the modern AI tool stack and daily use of LLMs.
• Analytical and rigorous with data, with a drive to fix messy data and broken syncs.
• Strong business sense and ability to think from the prospect's perspective.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to do unglamorous work, including CRM cleaning.
• Good communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Desire to work with smart, low-ego people.
• Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week in our Berlin office.
• Not a fit if you need detailed instructions, shy away from responsibility, are unwilling to understand the product and buyer, are only interested in high-level strategic work, think GTM engineering is just setting up Zapier, have never built anything on your own initiative, prefer remote work, prefer minimal collaboration, or want to work a 9-5 job.
