Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, contract, integrate, manage, optimize, and rationalize data partners to support advertiser’s needs and strategic imperatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop a strategic roadmap to surface measurement results that validate the effectiveness of the platform, leading to enhanced investment.
- Maintain regular communications and checkpoints with partners to report on performance, innovation and future opportunities that leverage their data to influence advertisers’ campaigns.
- Work with commercial teams to evangelize, educate and grow the use of partner and platform solutions.
- Facilitate communication internally and externally related to partnerships (demands, strategies, roadmaps, operational requirements, etc.).
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in partnership development and management with an emphasis on measurement.
- Adept at both developing strategies and operating day-to-day within cross-functional teams.
- Manage initiatives in complex matrixed environments and make actionable decisions in the absence of perfect information.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment that requires context switching several times a day as you cover multiple dimensions within the measurement business.
- Experience with strategic partner management inclusive of vendor negotiation.
- Exhibit high emotional intelligence and integrity and build deep consultative partnerships with your business stakeholders.
- Influence individuals at the executive level and drive strategic business transformations.
- Track record of helping direct reports grow their capabilities, responsibilities and careers.

Salary/Compensations
- $151,100—$277,000 USD
