About the Role
The Strategy & Operations Associate for RCM will drive strategy and analytics for revenue cycle management, ensuring seamless client access to services and efficient revenue collection. This cross-functional role offers early-career individuals high-visibility exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to impact core business KPIs at a high-growth startup.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact projects by leading initiatives that reduce claim denials and drive company growth.
- Coordinate across engineering, operations, clinical, and client experience teams to launch effective solutions.
- Build analytics that translate complex revenue cycle data into clear, decision-driving insights.
- Self-teach tools like SQL, BI platforms, and Claude Cowork to perform low-level work and accelerate progress.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking.
- First-principles thinking and fast learning are valued over domain experience.
- Ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in building analyses and models from the ground up.
- Understanding of data in the broader context and ability to translate data into business action.
- Action-oriented with an 80/20 approach, biasing toward action and impact.
- Ability to find scrappy solutions and learn fast through iteration.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to taking ownership.
- Ability to move fast without much direction and figure things out independently.
