About the Role
Datadog is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to identify exceptional talent and partner with Recruiters to develop strategies for engaging passive candidates. You will be the first point of contact for new candidates, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates and communicating the Datadog story.
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions using various sourcing tools.
- Amplify job openings internally and leverage employee networks to find hidden talent.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and track progress for stakeholder reporting.
- Utilize research to creatively identify diverse talent.
- Map the talent market, monitoring talent flow, market attrition, and competitor talent pools.
- Specialize in event/project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer in a search firm or in-house recruiting team for high-volume recruiting.
- High sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Tenacious and passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates.
- Ability to work independently on multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proven track record of engaging talent through tools and converting passive prospects into candidates.
- Creative, innovative, intellectually curious, and results-driven.
