About the Role

Anaplan is seeking a highly driven Solution Implementation Manager to join the UKI market team. This role focuses on optimizing business decision-making through our AI-infused scenario planning and analysis platform, driving end-to-end deployments and serving as a strategic advisor to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Anaplan deployments alongside internal teams and external partners.
  • Establish robust governance and ensure precise scoping.
  • Proactively uncover hidden assumptions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, building alignment with customer stakeholders from operational leads up to the C-suite.
  • Navigate intricate, multi-faceted programs, ensuring flawless delivery while expertly balancing scope, risk, budget, and resourcing.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical project decisions across design, testing, timelines, and organizational change management.
  • Leverage top-tier negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, maintain project momentum, and unite diverse teams behind a shared goal.
  • Advocate for and implement the "Anaplan Way" methodology, ensuring the delivery of scalable, highly intuitive, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting on project status and overall portfolio health to both internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading complex, high-stakes implementations, ideally within Supply Chain, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Workforce Planning.
  • Demonstrable history of exemplary program or project management across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Deep, hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors.
  • Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills, characterized by the ability to negotiate, influence senior leadership, and confidently act as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Must possess a deep understanding of project finance fundamentals—specifically budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
