About the Role
As a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at Penske, you will ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and safe before they hit the road again. This role is an excellent starting point for individuals interested in vehicle maintenance, offering training and hands-on experience that can lead to advancement.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
- Performing vehicle readiness inspections, including checking tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items.
- Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates.
- Developing skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs, such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance.
- Completing additional projects and tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
