Responsibilities

Perform continuous diagnostic inspections of physical hardware, including complex direct-to-chip liquid cooling systems, power distribution matrices, and mechanical equipment.
Actively respond to automated alerts and infrastructure alarms; diagnose root causes of anomalies and isolate system faults efficiently.
Coordinate smoothly with specialized IT engineers and facility management teams to implement rapid corrective actions and preventative upgrades.
Write precise, highly legible incident logs, shift summaries, and compliance reports to guarantee operational continuity between shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience or a strong baseline knowledge of industrial mechanical operations, power management, or HVAC/cooling loops.
Proven ability to stay calm under pressure, analyze visual/auditory cues, and trace technical issues to their root cause.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to document complex mechanical events clearly for teammates.
Absolute readiness to work fixed 8 &12-hour shifts, including nights, rotating weekends, and holidays within a 24/7 environment.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, maintain sharp close/distance vision focus, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs of infrastructure components.
Direct background working inside automated utilities, power plants, or high-density computing centers.
Familiarity with industrial data center infrastructure management (DCIM) tools and emergency response protocols.
