About the Role

The London Eye is seeking passionate, personable, and hospitality-driven VIP Hosts to deliver exceptional guest experiences and create unforgettable memories. As the face of the VIP offering, you will provide warm, personalized service and genuine hospitality at every guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences across VIP hospitality areas, including the VIP Desk, Eye Lounge Bar, and premium experiences.
• Welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism, ensuring a seamless visit.
• Create memorable moments by anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations, answer guest inquiries, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Build genuine rapport with guests from around the world while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
• Maintain immaculate presentation standards across all customer-facing hospitality spaces.
• Support the smooth delivery of daily VIP operations and collaborate with colleagues.
• Promote premium experiences and assist guests in maximizing their visit.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of every guest.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest experience, customer service, hotels, premium retail, events, or visitor attractions.
• Enjoys creating memorable experiences and delivering outstanding service.
• Naturally welcoming personality and enjoys engaging with diverse individuals.
• Communicates confidently and professionally, even in busy environments.
• Stays calm under pressure and enjoys finding solutions for guests.
• Possesses a positive, flexible attitude and thrives in a supportive team environment.
• Takes pride in presentation and consistently maintains high standards.
