About the Role
Pioneer the development of innovative software solutions that align with company goals and contribute to building a smart and passionate team, creating real impact.
Responsibilities
- Own outcomes, not outputs, framing bets in terms of business metrics like tipping, Gift Aid uptake, churn, retention, and conversion.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into business-led product decisions, filtering feedback from charities, partners, and internal teams.
- Utilize Gen AI tools to prototype ideas, test flows, and create tangible concepts for discussions.
- Make quick and decisive product decisions, adapting based on data or user feedback.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams on a modern TypeScript, event-driven, edge-first platform.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with warmth and directness.
- Support the Senior Product Manager in shaping strategy and roadmap with personal ideas and evidence.
- Champion data-informed decision-making by collaborating with Analytics Engineer and Data Analyst.
- Work across the full Enthuse stack, including donations, event registration, fundraiser experience, and charity admin.
- Address the biggest business problems without pigeon-holing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent) in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
- Business-led instincts, focusing on retention or conversion before feature lists.
- Demonstrated use of Gen AI for prototyping, stress-testing decisions, compressing discovery cycles, and bringing ideas to life.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders quickly and ensure they feel heard and clear on next steps.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and owning the outcome.
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to various conversations from support to engineering to internal updates.
