About the Role

An opportunity to join an industry-leading company in the nonprofit software market, transforming digital fundraising by building technology that empowers great causes. Responsibilities

  • Develop fast, secure, and scalable fullstack applications in TypeScript across web components, modern JS frameworks, and services running on edge compute.
  • Build and evolve event-driven services, including producers, consumers, and data flow, and help shape domain modeling across a service-oriented architecture.
  • Contribute to end-to-end product delivery, from design to implementation, iterating rapidly in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, provisioning cloud resources through Infrastructure as Code, and understanding code deployment, observation, and rollback.
  • Provide valuable input to technical decisions and help improve code quality, testing, and developer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create technically brilliant and user-centric products.
  • Focus on performance, user experience, and Core Web Vitals to ensure delightful and frictionless product experiences.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, building modern web applications.
  • Comfortable using Gen AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, coaching agents and verifying output.
  • Passion for shipping fast, iterating, and continuously delivering value to users.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
  • Some exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi, Terraform, CDK, or similar) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Cloudflare).
  • Interest in edge computing is a bonus.
  • An understanding of UX principles and Core Web Vitals.
  • Experience with build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
