About the Role

Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. This role requires a combination of technical skills and a genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients and improving their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
Measure and record patient stats.
Initiate cannulation.
Perform patient observations.
Set up hemodialysis machines.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a desire to care for people.
Must be comfortable working around blood and needles.
Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state-approved certification.
Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
