Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a wave solder machine.
- Operate finger cleaner pump, conveyor, and IR pre-heaters.
- Troubleshoot problem areas.
- Run product.
- Provide preventative and daily/weekly maintenance.
- Operate all machine functions, including fluxer, hot air knife, conveyor, and pre-heaters.
- Identify defects and enter data into the shop floor control system.
- May clean dross out of the solder pot.
Requirements
- Typically requires 1 year of related experience.
