- Execute targeted sales campaigns and proactive advisor outreach to generate qualified opportunities, improve conversion, and increase measurable asset flows.
- Support large-case opportunities by helping advisors qualify client needs, prepare submissions, coordinate internal input, and move opportunities through the sales process.
- Increase advisor adoption of High Net Worth platform capabilities, alternative investments, structured notes, lending solutions, and managed account proposals through education, positioning, case sourcing, and follow-through to close.
- Maintain disciplined sales activity, pipeline tracking, advisor and firm follow-up, and performance reporting to improve repeatability and support revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience in advisor-facing sales, business development, or consultative relationship management within wealth management, investments, insurance, lending, or High Net Worth solutions.
- Ability to translate complex investment, lending, and planning concepts into practical advisor- and client-ready positioning.

- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, product, portfolio, advanced markets, large-case, or other internal teams to execute on client and advisor needs.
- Strong pipeline discipline, including tracking sales activity, opportunity movement, follow-up, conversion outcomes, and product adoption metrics.
- Familiarity with alternative investments, structured notes, managed account proposals, lending solutions, or High Net Worth platform capabilities.
- Experience working directly with financial advisors, firms, or territory-based sales teams.
