About the Role
Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering for a portfolio of Enterprise channels. Collaborate with accounting and business leaders to provide insights, challenge assumptions, improve decision-making, and drive financial performance. This role also supports enterprise-wide planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide FP&A support to commercial finance teams to understand performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling activities for assigned areas.
- Deliver insightful month-end analysis, commentary, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with accounting to understand actual results and key drivers of variance.
- Support the consolidation of Enterprise forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and resource allocation.
- Drive process improvements through automation, AI, and data-driven solutions.
- Support transformation initiatives, including integration and organizational change programs.
Requirements
- Part-qualified, finalist, or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel skills.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and engaging narratives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Interest in leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve finance processes and decision-making.
