About the Role
The Premier Collection is seeking a dedicated individual to provide a 5-star customer experience on our service drive, ensuring client vehicles are handled safely and efficiently. This role offers a clear career path with paid training and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide a 5-star, white-glove customer experience from the moment clients arrive on our service drive.
- Safely transport client vehicles and deliver loaner vehicles throughout the local area.
- Use our digital check-in tablets/apps to manage loaner agreements and check vehicles into service quickly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service drive, lot, and staging area.
- Support service consultants and shop operations to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
Requirements
- Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver’s License (Strictly required).
- Reliability & Punctuality: You show up on time, take ownership, and bring positive energy.
- Strong Communication: Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting directly with high-end clientele.
- Tech-Comfortable: Able to navigate smartphones/tablets and modern dealership mobile apps.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the company.
