About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead the development and execution of COA strategies and tactical plans across Oncology and Neuroscience Therapeutic Areas globally.
  • Support and lead collaboration with functional leadership to build awareness about the potential role of COAs in product development, commercial development, indication identification, and other activities.
  • Build trust and lines of communication with internal collaborators in both US and EUR/International regions.
  • Define the scope of work for and manage relationships with vendors and KOLs for COA projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships for timely completion of COA projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Support and lead RFP/RFQ development and support to procure COA services.
  • Attend all project team meetings to track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Perform project administrative functions.
  • Act as the point of contact for financial communications including invoicing, payment, and accrual discussions.
  • Establish and maintain storage of study documents.
  • Coordinate and secure all internal Jazz approvals, yielding study materials ready for ethics submission.
  • Secure FMV approval for any HCP or patient engagement.
  • Support with forecasts and manage PCO project budget needs.
  • Track and manage status of PCO proposals, projects, and all other activities.
  • Act as Pharmacovigilance System Master File Key Stakeholder for AE generating studies for ex-US Jazz marketed products.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years’ experience working in PCOs/COAs environments.
  • Experience in evidence generation/HEOR/RWE/Medical Affairs/Market Access in a pharmaceutical company and/or consultancy is preferred.
  • Experience in Oncology is essential.
  • Experience in Neuroscience is desired.
  • Experience in leading strategically, communicating with impact, and creating a strong, inclusive, energizing culture is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Team-worker, good cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task, work effectively with little or no direction.
  • Must be able to build collaborative relationships with management, partners, and peers.
  • Must be able to work in a highly energetic, flexible, and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to engage in self-development to keep up to date with changes in the COA field.
