About the Role

Utica National is offering an internship program where students will work on meaningful projects with guidance from experienced supervisors. The program provides an in-depth look at the insurance industry, exposure to various departments, and opportunities to lead projects and present findings to senior leadership. Past interns have been offered full-time positions and received assistance with their résumés and LinkedIn profiles. The program has been recognized as one of the nation's Elite 50 Internships by RISE.

Responsibilities

Assist the Underwriting department in retaining and finding new business.
Support the Claims department in assisting customers through difficult times.
Utilize mathematical skills to solve business problems within the Product/Analytics department.
Apply technology skills to maintain systems and software in the Information Technology department.
Generate content for internal and external audiences in the Marketing and Communications department.

Requirements

Must be an undergraduate student with an expected graduation of May 2028.
Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity.
