About the Role

The Enterprise Business Architecture (EBA) team acts as the organization’s connective blueprint, linking business strategy to technology execution through capabilities, value streams, processes, organizational constructs, information, and decision frameworks. This strategic discipline aligns business vision, product direction, and technology execution into a unified model to drive clarity, consistency, and accelerate enterprise-wide technology transformation. The team shapes the Enterprise Business Capability Model (EBCM) and operating frameworks that enable product, engineering, and business functions to innovate and deliver future-ready outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

Create frameworks, models, and governance structures that scale.
Connect business capabilities, processes, controls, operational risk, regulatory obligations, and data governance into an enterprise architecture blueprint.

Requirements

Strategic systems thinker with the ability to see the “enterprise whole” and connect disparate moving parts into a unified blueprint.
Management consulting-caliber communicator/storyteller with exceptional executive presence and analytical rigor.
Collaborator skilled at aligning Product, Engineering, and Business leaders.
Change leader energized by complexity, ambiguity, and enterprise transformation.
Risk-architecture oriented leader.
