About the Role
Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Clinical Social Worker Health Care Facility Surveyor to support a Quality Improvement Consulting Company in a technically exciting environment, serving customers nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Surveying facilities that serve long-term care residents.
- Independent decision-making to direct and manage the survey process.
- Setting priorities independently and collectively for survey tasks.
- Discussing conflicts and seeking assistance to make decisions and resolve conflicts.
Requirements
- Must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
- Must have successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training.
- Must have passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
- Must maintain current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is required.

- $72,000 - $80,000 / yr
