About the Role

Metro Therapy, Inc., a Powerback Pediatrics company, has been serving the educational and developmental needs of pediatric populations for over thirty-five years. Responsibilities

• Provide behavior analysis services to children in school-based, early intervention, and preschool settings.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and track child progress.
• Deliver Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) as mandated in the IFSP or IEP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support child goals.
• Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPS, documentation, and progress notes.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide guidance and training to teachers, teacher aides, and paraprofessionals.

Requirements

• Board Certification (BCBA) and in good standing with the BACB.
• License (LBA) in the state of practice, if required by state regulations.
• Master's Degree from an accredited program in ABA Therapy or a related field.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.
