About the Role
Service Technicians at Sequoia are responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction through maintenance and upkeep of properties. This role involves addressing various repair needs, maintaining cleanliness, and providing a welcoming experience for residents.
Responsibilities
- Fixing basic electrical switches
- Repairing appliances
- Installing shower heads
- Patching drywall
- Ensuring homes are spotless and ready for move-in day
Requirements
- On-call availability
- Weekend availability
- Preferred schedule: Sunday - Thursday
Skills
- Excellent resident/customer experience skills

- Understanding of basic home maintenance
- Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation

Salary/Compensations
- $25 - $29 / hour plus quarterly bonuses
