About the Role
AC Engineer role at Kings College Hospital, working Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. This position is with Artic Building Services Ltd, a leader in the M&E and Facilities Management sector.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
- Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
- Provide Further works reports where required
- Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
- Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
- Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
- Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
- Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday
- Fulfill legal duty to take reasonable care for health and safety of yourself and others
- Follow all guidance and instructions regarding health and safety
Requirements
- Possess relevant and up to date associated F-GAS and NVQ Qualifications
- Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
- A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
- Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plan
- Ability to develop and be part of a team
- Manage own time, works and paperwork
- Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
- Positive attitude “can do will do”
- Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
