About the Role

AC Engineer role at Kings College Hospital, working Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. This position is with Artic Building Services Ltd, a leader in the M&E and Facilities Management sector.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
• Provide Further works reports where required
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
• Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
• Provide weekly timesheet to office on a Monday
• Fulfill legal duty to take reasonable care for health and safety of yourself and others
• Follow all guidance and instructions regarding health and safety

Requirements

• Possess relevant and up to date associated F-GAS and NVQ Qualifications
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
• Proven knowledge of a wide spectrum of A/C systems and plan
• Ability to develop and be part of a team
• Manage own time, works and paperwork
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
• Positive attitude “can do will do”
• Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
