About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries as a Part-Time Security Officer. This role offers flexibility with opportunities to build a schedule and explore new roles using the Claim a Shift platform. Monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment, conduct routine patrols, support access control, respond to alarms, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a security-related role is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
