About the Role
Join our team in London to help create a welcoming space for customers. This role offers flexibility, training, and career growth opportunities within a world-leading hospitality team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all team members adhere to food hygiene standards and procedures, reporting any issues to management.
- Assist with basic food preparation, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
- Manage the usage and stock of chemical products according to company procedures.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
- Review team standards and implement additional cleaning tasks as required.
- Oversee and support the washing of all kitchenware, cookware, and utensils.
- Direct the deep cleaning of all kitchen equipment, floors, fridges, and storerooms.
- Support the management of receiving and organization of food and supply deliveries.
- Ensure stock is stored correctly and communicate when supplies are low.
Requirements
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years.
- Must have legal right to work in the UK.
