About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Revenue Manager to join their Commercial team. This role contributes to the revenue strategy across multiple luxury Four Seasons properties in the UK, focusing on optimizing demand and driving profitability.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of revenue strategy across the UK Collection properties
- Produce daily revenue analysis and strategic recommendations based on market conditions, pricing, and demand trends
- Manage room inventory, availability, and rate positioning across all properties
- Monitor pricing strategies to ensure consistency and adherence to revenue objectives
- Manage rate loading, distribution, and parity across all channels and booking platforms
- Support revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive strategic decisions
- Assist with commercial meetings and revenue reviews across the UK Collection
- Support group and event pricing enquiries in partnership with Sales and Commercial teams
- Maintain revenue systems and support continuous improvement of processes and reporting tools
- Work collaboratively with operational and commercial departments to maximise revenue opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience within Revenue Management in a hotel environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data effectively
- Experience using hotel revenue management and property management systems
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
