Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications relating to biologics or other large-molecule technologies.
• Conduct searches and analyses for freedom-to-operate, IP due diligence, infringement, validity, and patent landscape assessments.

Requirements

• Prior patent experience in biotechnology.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Registration to practice before the USPTO in good standing.
• Attorneys must be admitted to at least one State bar where the firm has an office.
• Prior law firm experience required.
• Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach, sound judgment, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
