About the Role
Our managed services team helps large organizations maximize their use of Microsoft modern work technologies, including Microsoft Viva, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot. We offer a range of support services, working with experienced consultants and developers to resolve issues, enhance system resilience, deliver training, provide expert advice, and develop solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
- Assist with preparing proposals, quotes, statements of work, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and client signatures.
- Support the sales pipeline by tracking opportunities and following up on action items.
- Assist in preparing customer RFQ's, SOW contracts and commercial documentation.
- Ensure approvals and coordinate internal reviews with sales and delivery teams.
- Track response returns, initiation and execution.
- Produce weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Support forecasting and pipeline reporting processes.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and action items.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Operations, or Sales Coordinator role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in IT, technology, consulting, or professional services environments (Desirable).
- Knowledge of contract administration and proposal coordination (Desirable).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Desirable).
- Understanding of sales operations and reporting processes (Desirable).
