About the Role
Truck Driver Nation is seeking a motivated Recruiting Associate to help communicate with CDL driver applicants and support the driver recruiting process. This role focuses on candidate outreach, initial screening, follow-up, and keeping applicants moving through the appropriate hiring steps.
Responsibilities
- Contact CDL driver applicants by phone, text, email, and recruiting platforms
- Ask basic qualification and experience questions
- Review driver work history and application information
- Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates
- Follow up with interested and qualified drivers
- Help applicants complete required recruiting steps
- Route candidates to appropriate available opportunities
- Support recruiters with active candidate pipelines
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable speaking with professional truck drivers
- Ability to manage multiple applicants
- Comfortable using computers, email, ATS, and online systems
