About the Role

As a Medical Assistant at Human Longevity Inc. (HLI), you will support a team passionate about improving lives and revolutionizing healthcare. Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice of HLI, routing calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage client schedules and appointment follow-ups.
• Coordinate results reviews and post-visit planning with the HLI clinical team.
• Ensure clients receive timely updates and personalized care.
• Lead the client throughout the HLI clinical visit and coordinate the final wrap-up phase.
• Maintain client privacy with the utmost discretion and integrity.
• Keep all medical and personal information strictly confidential.
• Manage both electronic and paper records.
• Track diagnostic kits and specimens.
• Ensure seamless office operations.
• Provide after-hours and weekend assistance as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Veradigm
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a medical environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 pounds
