About the Role
As a Medical Assistant at Human Longevity Inc. (HLI), you will support a team passionate about improving lives and revolutionizing healthcare. Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming voice of HLI, routing calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage client schedules and appointment follow-ups.
- Coordinate results reviews and post-visit planning with the HLI clinical team.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates and personalized care.
- Lead the client throughout the HLI clinical visit and coordinate the final wrap-up phase.
- Maintain client privacy with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Keep all medical and personal information strictly confidential.
- Manage both electronic and paper records.
- Track diagnostic kits and specimens.
- Ensure seamless office operations.
- Provide after-hours and weekend assistance as needed.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- 3 years of phlebotomy experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems such as Veradigm
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a medical environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 pounds

- Certified Medical Assistant
- Phlebotomy Certification (CPT)
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to various audiences
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills

- Independent work ethic with minimal supervision
