You will build strategic go-to-market plans and execute them with cross-functional teams to drive growth. Responsibilities
- Develop deep market, partner, traveler and competitive insights to inform strategy and positioning of your product
- Lead go-to-market roadmap planning, securing buy-in from leadership helping bring clarity and alignment
- Identify key levers for product growth, working with Product, Commercial and Analytics teams
- Build a feedback loop, that brings in experiences of our customers and from the field to help us iterate and improve our position
- Plan and execute on commercial team readiness, developing materials and managing ongoing updates, in partnership with the Sales Enablement team
- Create benefit-based marketing assets such as pitch decks and demos with compelling stories for commercial teams to engage partners

- Demonstrated ability to impact product strategy and roadmap, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of a complex organization
- Commercial minded, skilled at driving growth through a variety of approaches, including account-based marketing
- Adept at authoring and implementing product positioning and go-to-market plans
- Master storyteller who knows how to craft messaging that clearly communicates value to the audience
- Curious mindset, relying on data and insights to make decisions and pushing boundaries to strive for excellence
- Highly collaborative, serving as the glue to bring together teams, driving toward accountability, visibility and clarity in everything we do

- Chicago: $104,000.00 - $145,500.00. Potential to increase pay up to $166,500.00 based on performance. Starting pay varies based on location, budget, and individual qualifications. Pay ranges may be modified.
