About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Lead Digital Product Manager to manage ALL CBL deposit payment types within the Wires and Me2me Product Management and Development team. This role will drive product roadmaps and strategies across all impacted channels and groups with a customer-first focus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ALL CBL Deposit Payment roadmaps and strategies across all impacted channels and groups with a customer-first focus.
  • Manage engagement with key internal stakeholders across the organization including Technology, Digital, Operations, Gov Relations, Payment Strategy, Independent Risk Management, and Legal.
  • Manage engagement with key external stakeholders including partner banks, other financial services partners, the Trades, key vendors and more.
  • Lead cross-functional teams delivering product strategies and enhancements across ALL channels and products.
  • Align work to the CBL strategic plan, participate in big room planning efforts, and identify areas to work more efficiently.
  • Prioritize work to have maximum impact on customer experience to drive greater business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders at various levels across the organization.
  • Conduct value-based analysis to optimize revenue, customer experiences, and reduce fraud and scam loss.
  • Maintain a daily pulse on change management and ensure business outcomes are delivered.
  • Ensure the highest impact work is continually prioritized, development issues are worked through, and work is constantly prioritized for continuous improvement and delivery of business results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Skills

  • Background and experience with ALL Consumer and Business Deposit products
  • Deep understanding of Fraud and Scams and strategies to protect customers and the financial industry
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to payment products (e.g. Reg-E, UDAP)
  • Experience working across many payment industry partners to gain consensus on payment directions on key products like Zelle, Debit Card, ACH, Wire, Check, Instant Payments, Cash
  • Experience in agile environments that are delivered upon by numerous partner organizations
  • Financial services experience specifically in retail banking.
  • Expert verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
  • Strong Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to effectively communicate, create and deliver dynamic presentations to all levels of the organization
  • Ability to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic "storytelling" skills
  • Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills
