About the Role
As a Kitchen Leader at Pret a Manger, you’ll ensure consistent food preparation to high standards, lead and inspire your team, and act as a role model. You will promote Pret’s values, maintain a safe kitchen environment, manage stock, and complete administrative tasks. You will also help oversee shift performance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary/Compensations
- £15.35 per hour (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- Earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
