About the Role

We are recruiting a HVAC Specialist to join our facilities management team, delivering services to our multi-site clients. If you have a full valid UK driver’s license, strong HVAC experience and want to progress your career with an award-winning FM provider then read on.

Responsibilities

• Visiting clients' sites and providing remote triage support
• Ensuring HVAC and Hot Water systems are maintained to the highest standards
• Providing technical support to the mobile field team, both remotely and on site
• Remote triage of HVAC
• Proactively monitoring HVAC systems
• Providing regular client updates
• Auditing PPMs and compliance to industry standard
• Actively developing the skillsets and knowledge of engineers

Requirements

• Commercial HVAC Experience
• NVQ Plumbing qualification
• Awareness of BMS control systems
• Full Valid UK driver’s license
• Experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Awareness and knowledge of health & safety
• F-Gas qualification (Desirable)
• 18th Edition (Desirable)
• IOSH working safely qualification (Desirable)
• 2391 Test & Inspect (Desirable)
