About the Role
At Brightview Senior Living, Vibrant Living Assistants play a key role in helping residents live an active, vibrant life by planning and implementing engaging programming.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
- Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
- Participate in and help organize resident activities such as games, painting, singing, and music.
- Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities.
- Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events (for those 21 or over).
- Assist with setting up and breaking down events and activities.
Requirements
- Quickly connect with people and enjoy learning about them.
- Possess talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert.
- Exercise creativity.
- Maintain a positive attitude and high energy.
- Hold an active driver's license in good standing.
