About the Role

The Global Risk & Compliance Organization (GRC) is seeking a Manager to join a newly created team driving Change Risk oversight across American Express. This role involves designing and embedding new risk management processes, shaping policies and standards, and building knowledge to strengthen enterprise-wide change management. Success requires a strategic thinker who can influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and transform risk governance in a dynamic, global environment.
