Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to up to 34 active patients.
• Collaborate with registered nurses, social workers, case managers, therapists, and office support staff.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active New York Medical License.
• Active DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate.
