About the Role
Execute innovative, high-standard, and on-brand creative design across various touchpoints, primarily for the print channel, under the direction of the Senior Design Manager.
Responsibilities
- Design campaign windows and other print collateral to support in-store brand activities.
- Design print ads and out-of-home advertising for brand campaigns.
- Concept and design spaces for events, effectively communicating brand values and identity.
- Propose new ideas and visual references for brand content creation and campaigns.
- Manage a creative artworker and collaborate with other designers.
- Support and mentor the team with projects and personal development.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with brand team members and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all design work across the print channel is executed with creative flair and to brand standards.
- Demonstrate the highest design standards for print, window, and physical space design.
- Respond to briefs with a keen understanding of the brand, customer, and commercial objectives.
- Maintain awareness of new design trends and their application to the brand.
- Manage multiple briefs and communicate progress accurately to wider teams.
Requirements
- Extensive understanding of the fashion retail industry.
- Demonstrated skills in designing in three dimensions for physical spaces.
- Ability to adapt design style to suit the brand while bringing forward new ideas.
- A stand-out portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Natural communicator capable of managing a small team.
- Confident and responsible, able to manage projects independently.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Socially savvy with a keen eye for detail.
- Up to date with visual and design trends.
