About the Role
Relay is a calling studio within Bifrost Forge, a venture studio that builds and backs early-stage companies. We book qualified meetings for our clients across various industries. This role offers a parallel dialler, enriched lead lists, on-the-job training, tested scripts, and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls from pre-built and researched lists.
- Open conversations, qualify leads against client criteria, and book meetings.
- Follow on-screen call structures and log outcomes.
- Work across different clients and industries.
- Take coaching, review calls, and improve performance weekly.
Requirements
- Strong spoken English.
- European languages, especially Danish and Nordic languages, are advantageous.
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with rejection.
- Ability to hold a genuine conversation with a stranger.
- Appointment setting or cold calling experience preferred but not essential.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Quiet place to work.
- Self-motivated and consistent.
- Ability to set and adhere to personal work hours.

Salary/Compensations
- €1,000 per month base salary.
- €50 to €75 per demo placed.
- Potential to earn €2,000 to €2,500 for 20 to 25 hours per week with 20 demos.
- No earning cap.
