About the Role

We are seeking an experienced market research Project Manager for a contract role. You will manage project operations from start to finish, handling quantitative and qualitative methodologies for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project operations, including feasibility, timelines, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with the in-house programming team on survey scripting and testing.
  • Monitor fieldwork daily, tracking key metrics and addressing deviations.
  • Direct qualitative logistics, including moderation, translation, and transcription.
  • Manage sample providers, recruiters, and translation partners, ensuring quality and adherence to bid metrics.
  • Price projects and contribute to client proposals with vendor input.
  • Track budgets and costs, monitoring project profitability.
  • Collaborate with accounting on billing, AR/AP, and invoicing.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between research/strategy teams and execution teams.
  • Provide clear, proactive fieldwork updates and flag risks.
  • Apply quality controls throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate on deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in market research project management or research operations.
  • Hands-on experience fielding market research studies.
  • Experience managing sample providers, reading fieldwork reports, and adjusting quotas.
  • Working knowledge of qualitative fieldwork logistics.
  • Comfort with survey platforms and fieldwork portals (e.g., Decipher/Forsta).
  • Familiarity with data or dashboard tools (e.g., Displayr) is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of project pricing, budgets, and margin.
  • Multi-market or multi-language fieldwork experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized under pressure, with strong judgment and autonomy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where they are based.
