About the Role

Responsibilities
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete make ready checklists.
- Complete make readies to Hilltop Residential standards.
- Complete assigned work orders ensuring compliance with Hilltop Residential standards.
- Assist with building and common area maintenance.
- Inspect vacant apartments for damage to walls, doors, blinds, lights, and plumbing fixtures.
- Assist with the preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
- Perform painting tasks.
- Assist in maintaining neat grounds free of litter.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Willingness to undertake rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
