About the Role

Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and optimize Finance and Financial Services processes. This role supports the identification, design, and implementation of policy, process, and tooling that impacts revenue and improves operational efficiency, enabling Lightspeed to balance growth and profitability. This role ensures Lightspeed can scale efficiently while delivering a seamless experience to both internal teams and the merchants served.

Responsibilities

Analyze and audit existing policies, workflows, tools, and processes to identify inefficiencies and friction points.
Document and standardize processes and procedures across teams to improve alignment and reduce redundancy.
Identify and recommend scalable solutions, supporting implementation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Track key metrics in BI tools before and after process changes to quantify the impact of improvements and surface data-driven insights.
Work closely with teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes and facilitate change management.
Contribute to achieving organizational objectives, even if outside the strict scope of the role.
Identify improvement opportunities within Financial Services and surface them to the Business Transformation team and leadership.

Requirements

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams or departments.
Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to document processes clearly and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
