About the Role

A family of five in Tribeca is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their three children, ages 2, 7, and 10. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:15am-7pm, with potential for Fridays. The role involves primarily caring for the youngest child, but the nanny must be able to care for all three. The family travels to the Hamptons in the summer, requiring the nanny to live-in for at least part of the season.

Responsibilities

Accompany children to and from school
Plan and engage children in creative, educational, and developmentally appropriate activities
Encourage learning, independence, curiosity, and positive social development
Plan and accompany children to extracurriculars, outings, and activities
Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks
Manage children's laundry
Keep children's living spaces tidy and organized
Collaborate with the mother to create a cohesive team environment

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Driver's license is a plus but not required
Ability to supervise children in the pool
Ability to travel domestically and internationally several times per year
Willing to stay up-to-date on vaccines, including a yearly flu shot
Excellent references from previous families
