About the Role

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the cleanliness and care of public areas, offices, and back-of-house zones
• Checking and distributing clean laundry to the floors
• Assisting with restocking the minibar (in representation)
• Friendly and service-oriented fulfillment of guest requests
• Care and cleaning of curtains and drapes
• Organizing and distributing orders on the floors
• Preparing extra beds and additional equipment for guests
• Quality control of rooms according to our high standards
• Working in early and late shifts on a weekly rotation

Requirements

• First experience in housekeeping or cleaning is an advantage – career changers are welcome!
• An eye for cleanliness, order, and details
• Reliable, meticulous, and independent work style
• Team spirit and commitment – you enjoy getting involved
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor towards guests and colleagues
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays
• German and/or English language skills
