About the Role

As an Operator, you will help make world-class products, working with machinery, following safety and quality procedures, and ensuring smooth production line operations. This entry-level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn, contributing to the quality of every item produced.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep work area clean
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

Skills

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
