About the Role
Lead the future of Mondelēz International's Savoury business in Canada, focusing on iconic cracker brands. This role offers opportunities to lead diverse projects, enhancing marketing and leadership skills while driving brand strategies, innovation, and execution excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.
- Develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.
- Offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans.
- Develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns based on consumer insights and brand positioning.
- Develop long term vision and strategies to grow the portfolio anchored in consumer needs by collaborating with key cross functional partners.
- Build long term pipeline of consumer first and customer centric innovation and renovation.
- Proactively lead the team to drive both short- and long-term development.
- Lead our cross-functional team to deliver end to end execution excellence from commercialisation all the way to customer presentation and in-market execution.
- Become the champion of consumer needs by monitoring brand performance and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to partners based on insights and analysis.
- Lead the team to profitable growth by leveraging all levers of the P&L.
- Build brand equity of our Savoury portfolio in Canada by developing remarkable creative & media with agency partners.
- Cultivate a growth mindset and strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in a marketing or strategy role.
- Ability to thrive and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and deliver against strict timelines.
- Ability to work with a cross functional team and inspire agency partners.
- Consumer behavior, preferably in the consumer goods sector in a matrix environment.
- Developing a seamless consumer experience.
- Managing business objectives beyond brand and budget.
- Analytics and creativity—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
- Leading and influencing teams.
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience in markets with diverse economic environments is a distinct advantage.
- Passion for building collaborative teams anchored in positive relationship building.

Salary/Compensations
- $93,300 to $116,650 CAD
- Eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 10% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
