About the Role

As a Retail Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution, building customer relationships, and driving flawless retail execution across your territory. This role involves optimizing displays, solving challenges, and collaborating with retail teams to drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
  • Manage and inspire a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
  • Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
  • Provide expert, on-site sales consultation to customers, securing incremental opportunities.
  • Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
  • Strategically deploy merchandizers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
  • Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
  • Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
  • Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • 3-5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and systems.
  • Ability to perform physical activities including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling.
  • Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check.
  • Must be located within 40 miles of specified cities.
