About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Expert, Global Ops Product & Services – Service Delivery to drive operational readiness, service lifecycle management, and process optimization across Equinix's global infrastructure portfolio. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure products and services are designed, operationalized, governed, and sustained in a scalable and supportable manner throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational readiness, service transition, and lifecycle management for new and existing products and services.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to incorporate operational requirements into product design and delivery.
  • Establish and maintain scalable operational processes, controls, procedures, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop sustainable operating models for ongoing service delivery, supportability, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure services are deployable, supportable, measurable, and continuously improvable throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support operational assessments, readiness reviews, and launch activities for product enhancements and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of service delivery processes by identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Align business and operational requirements and develop sustainable service delivery solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from requirements through implementation and operational transition.
  • Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyze operational and service delivery performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure service effectiveness, operational performance, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in data center, infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, or professional services environments is a plus.
  • Typically 7-10 years of experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Product Operations, or Operational Excellence.
  • Proven experience operationalizing products, services, or technology solutions and supporting them through their lifecycle.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Technology, and Operations teams.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, process design, workflow optimization, operational readiness, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience leveraging data, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive operational improvements and business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and change management methodologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizations.
