About the Role

This senior delivery professional role focuses on improving organizational agility and supporting strategic delivery through a blend of Agile coaching (70%) and project management (30%). The goal is to help leaders, Product Owners, and delivery teams adopt Lean-Agile practices for enhanced collaboration, value delivery, and continuous improvement within Information & Digital Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams in Lean-Agile practices.
• Assess ways of working and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build capability through mentoring, facilitation, training, and communities of practice.
• Promote servant leadership, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support leaders in enabling Agile ways of working.
• Facilitate planning, retrospectives, dependency workshops, and multi-team events.
• Improve prioritization, backlog quality, and outcome-focused delivery.
• Identify and address impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Use delivery metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.
• Lead projects and delivery initiatives through the appropriate lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and benefits.
• Establish effective governance and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with delivery and assurance standards.
• Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and actions clearly.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Influence and challenge constructively using evidence and judgment.
• Support high-performing teams through coaching and collaboration.
• Contribute to Agile and Delivery Management communities of practice.
• Mentor Agile practitioners and project managers.
• Ensure successful delivery of agreed project objectives, effective governance and financial control, transparent reporting, proactive risk management, successful business transition and adoption, and a collaborative, high-performing delivery team.
