About the Role

We are seeking a Server to provide attentive and consistent service, create a welcoming environment, and find thoughtful solutions to accommodate guest requests. You will guide guests through the menu, accurately take and input orders, and ensure all dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and consistent service to all guests throughout the entirety of their dining experience
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment that reflects our hospitality standards
• Demonstrate a "say yes" mindset by finding thoughtful solutions to accommodate guest requests
• Guide guests through the menu by presenting specials, recommending food and beverage pairings, and offering informed suggestions
• Accurately take and input orders into the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a strong understanding of menu ingredients, including the ability to communicate common allergens from memory
• Ensure all dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen
• Continuously observe and manage the dining experience to ensure each guest interaction exceeds expectations
