About the Role

Pybus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Master Technician for a well-established automotive dealership in Battersea. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement with a company that invests in training and development. You will work with a skilled team, performing vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs using the latest technology, with access to ongoing manufacturer-accredited training.

Responsibilities

Carry out vehicle inspections and health checks in line with manufacturer standards
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
Complete routine servicing and maintenance work
Conduct additional repair work as authorised by the customer
Complete warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines
Carry out road tests to ensure repairs have been completed successfully
Maintain accurate and high-quality job card and repair documentation
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
Master Technician Accreditation
Proven experience within a dealership or independent garage environment
Full UK driving licence
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

OTE up to £55,480 (Uncapped)
Basic Salary: Up to £46,000 depending on qualifications
